Cancellation and Refund
Cancellation of Order by Parsana Health Centre Private Limited (parsanawellness.com):
Parsana Health Centre Private Limited reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including incorrect pricing. This applies regardless of order confirmation or payment receipt. In such cases, 100% payment will be refunded to the User.
If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to User error (e.g., incorrect name or address), any additional costs for re-delivery will be charged to the User.
Replacement/ Refund Policy by Parsana Health Centre Private Limited (parsanawellness.com) :
We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility of:
- Damage during transit
- Manufacturing defects
- Wrong items delivered
In these cases, we will replace the item at no extra cost or provide a full refund if the request is made within 5 days of receiving the package. No returns or replacements are allowed after order processing, except for the reasons mentioned above.
If the replacement item is unavailable, we will offer the best alternatives, but the customer's choice is final.
If the customer has paid, a 100% refund will be provided if the product is unavailable or not shipped.
